Since 1975, Has Vida has been operating in order to serve high-end quality screws and rivets. 

With its 45 years of experience and culture; Has Vida is supplying special products to ‘Automotive’, ‘Electric & Electronic Appliances’ and ‘White Goods’ industries, in global.Consisting from a combination of continuous quality; 45 years of knowledge and gained customer satisfaction, Has Vida is recognized as a valuable, customer-oriented brand for the market.

Company Chronology

  • 1975

    Has Vida had been established on 150 m² area in Istanbul,with 10 machines.

  • 1989

    Factory had moved to a different location (400 m²), again in Istanbul, with 22 machines.

  • 1997

    Has Vida had moved to 2000 m² area, having total of 40 machines. Has Vida had increased its capacity by %100, in the following 4 years.

  • 2001

    In accordance to the improving industry conditions, investments had been made for quality department and quality department had re-organized accordingly. While the laboratuary had moved to a bigger spot, 4 new measurement and projection devices had been bought.

  • 2002

    First export to Europeon Union.

  • 2006

    Especially for the customers who enhanced their production with fully automated assembly lines, projects had started aiming ‘delivery with 0 ppm’ with the purchase of first optical sorting machine.

  • 2008

    IT department had been established and all processes/procedures; starting from order entry, till the delivery of the order, are integrated with the ERP software in the following 6 months.

  • 2010

    Investment in multi-stationary cold forging machines had been done, giving us the capability of manufacturing special parts and screws; which has bigger diameter than 6.

  • 2011

    Our plant had moved to its current location, offering the company an area of 5200m².

  • 2015

    The capacity of optical sorting machines had increased %100 throughout the year, resulting with deliveries having lower ppm. Furthermore, this investment added great value to our our brand, known with its high-quality products and increasing the production efficiency of our customer’s fully-automated assemby lines.

  • 2016

    Has Vida is continually serving its special customers with sustainable quality, self-renovating structure and customer-oriented vision, including its special production variety having 200 machinery.
